Dear Stockholders:

This has been an exciting few months as we continue to execute our mission and build shareholder value. We have accomplished many goals that are beneficial to the Company and its stockholders, both for the near-term and long-term. We are pleased to bring you an update on the following developments that we have been working on for the last several months.

-- Cyberads signed a marketing agreement to fulfill delivery when

Cyberads' online customers purchase a cellular phone service

plan. This agreement went into effect in March 2003. As a

result of this agreement, Cyberads has outsourced Customer

Service, Information Technology, Sales and Order Fulfillment.

This enabled the company to reduce staff by 88% and reduce

operating expenses by 71% or $414,000 per month.

-- Cyberads achieved profitability in the 2nd quarter 2003 by

showing a net profit of $218,570, which represents a 512%

increase in earnings from the same period ending 2002.

Unfortunately the Company does not expect to achieve

profitability in the 3rd quarter due to losses attributable to

the Internet virus in August, although a marked improvement is

expected when compared to the 3rd quarter 2002.

-- Announced on September 9, 2003 that Chairman Lawrence Levinson

and Cyberads entered into a definitive stock purchase

agreement with Novanet Media. Novanet Media would purchase all

of Chairman Levinson's stock in Cyberads. Novanet plans to

expand new business lines and accelerate marketing

initiatives.

-- Cyberads signed a Letter of Intent on October 2, 2003 to

acquire a 22% interest in The Vineyards Country Club in a

common stock. The 22% interest in The Vineyards has an

appraised value of over $12,000,000 and provides long-term

cash flow. This transaction allows Cyberads to diversify into

more asset-based acquisitions, which will strengthen the

balance sheet and enhance the financial strength of the

company. The transaction is expected to close within 30 days.
