Cybera Expands Business Care Program with Addition of Barnett.


NASHVILLE Nashville, city (1990 pop. 487,969), state capital, coextensive with Davidson co., central Tenn., on the Cumberland River, in a fertile farm area; inc. as a city 1806, merged with Davidson co. 1963. , Tenn. -- Cybera[R], a leading managed service provider of security and network solutions, today announced the addition of Jimna Barnett as the company's Director of Sales Operations.

Barnett was previously with AT&T Mobility for more than five years in the Enterprise Business Sales Organization. During this time she held a senior sales position selling to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to AT&T, Barnett held positions in sales, channel sales and operations at NTT/Verio, Intel and Genuity.

As Director of Sales Operations, Barnett will be responsible for managing Cybera's Business Care organization. Launched during the summer of 2008, the team was created to further strengthen Cybera's industry-leading customer service model. By providing customers with a dedicated and committed resource to manage their relationship needs Cybera's Business Care organization ensures the highest level of service over the entire lifecycle of the solution.

The Business Care Organization is involved with all aspects of the customer experience including sales, orders, provisioning, support needs, billing, relationship development and service level reviews. Barnett's role will focus on managing this team and, as necessary, marshalling See data marshalling and marshal.
