CyberTech Systems, Inc. Climbs to Number Five On Inc. Magazine's List Of The 500 Fastest-Growing Private Companies.

OAK BROOK, Ill., Oct. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- CyberTech Systems, Inc., again was recognized as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the United States, climbing to 5th place on this year's list of Inc. Magazine's 500 Fastest-Growing Private Companies.

This is the third consecutive year that Oak Brook-based CyberTech has ranked on the magazine's annual list. Last year, CyberTech ranked 7th and in 1997 the company ranked 31st.

The Inc. 500 rankings are based solely on revenue growth over a five-year period. To be eligible for the 1999 Inc. 500, a company must have been privately owned through 1998, had at least $200,000 in base year (1994) sales and recorded a sales increase from 1997 to 1998.

CyberTech's five-year sales growth was 12,748 percent, with sales increasing to $52 million in 1998 from $404,000 in 1994. The average 1998 sales for each 1999 Inc. 500 winner were $22.1 million.

The phenomenal five-year sales performance led CyberTech to be ranked by Inc. as the fastest-growing IT solutions company in the United States and the top-ranked fastest growing company in Ill.
