online investment services, in which the Company's new online stores
electronics.net, www.electronics.net, and egift, www.egift.com are the
exclusive electronics and gift merchants in the new E*Trade Shopping
Center, and two of the first six partners. E*TRADE's online Shopping
Center provides a centralized locale where customers can search for
specific items and take advantage of E*TRADE's secure
transaction-based relationship. E*TRADE customers can access the
online Shopping Center by clicking on the "Marketplace" tab at
www.etrade.com.
