CyberShift, Inc., a provider of workforce management software and services, today announced the availability of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) case management module as a component of the CyberShift Workforce Management Suite or as a standalone licensed application. Built atop the suite's powerful rules and workflow engines, the FMLA module offers employees and managers an efficient method for automating the entire FMLA process, helping employers determine individual eligibility, coordinate the approval process and meet regulatory requirements.

Designed for large, complex organizations with more than 1,000 employees, the Web-based CyberShift Workforce Management Suite arms decision-makers with the tools needed to better monitor and manage worker productivity and performance, reduce labor costs, increase revenues and enhance the use of employee data throughout the enterprise.
