CyberOptics Names Kathleen P. Iverson as President and Chief Executive Officer.

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 19, 2002

CyberOptics Corporation (Nasdaq:CYBE) today announced that Kathleen (Kitty) P. Iverson has been named president and chief executive officer, effective January 1, 2003, as part of a planned management transition process.

Iverson, who joined CyberOptics as president and chief operating officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)
