A large percentage of tech support calls result in the user needing to obtain an updated software patch or driver. Since Oil Change provides software updates over the Internet, participation can potentially save vendors millions of dollars by reducing technical support costs. This also increases customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers receive updates quickly, without the need to call tech support.
