CyberLocator and The van Dillen Group to Sell Location-Based Authentication Assets.

SAN DIEGO & BOULDER, Colo. -- The van Dillen Group, LLC today announced that it has been engaged by CyberLocator, Inc. to sell certain intellectual property rights held by the company. The engagement will focus on patented location-based authentication technologies developed by the company to control access to sensitive information systems, geographically-restricted transactions and the world's critical infrastructure.

CyberLocator's patented technology utilizes signals from the Global Positioning System (GPS) to form a complex continuously changing location signature that will never repeat. The signature is processed by the protected server which independently determines the geospatial and time attributes of the remote client to determine entitlement to access the protected data. Remote access from unregistered sites or regions will be blocked at the server's outer security perimeter. Stolen equipment or misuse by a company insider hacker will reveal the location of the adversary that can lead to apprehension and criminal prosecution.

The assets are being sold by the company to reduce debt obligations and pursue another business venture. The inventors have agreed to make themselves available to assist with the due diligence process.
