CyberLocator and The van Dillen Group to Sell Location-Based Authentication Assets.

 today announced that it has been engaged by CyberLocator, Inc. to sell certain intellectual property rights held by the company. The engagement will focus on patented location-based authentication technologies developed by the company to control access to sensitive information systems, geographically-restricted transactions and the world's critical infrastructure.

Precise satellite-based navigation and location system originally developed for U.S. military use.

The signature is processed by the protected server which independently determines the geospatial and time attributes of the remote client to determine entitlement to access the protected data. Remote access from unregistered sites or regions will be blocked at the server's outer security perimeter.
