 Students an Opportunity to Spend the Day with Renowned Hair Care Industry Gurus Jesse and Flo Briggs

CyberImaging, Inc., providers of advanced imaging solutions to the beauty industry, announced today that it will hold a national essay contest for cosmetology students in partnership with Yellow Strawberry Global Salons. The contest runs from March 1 to May 15, 2005 with the winner being announced on May 30. The winning cosmetology student and their teacher receive an all expenses paid trip to a Yellow Strawberry Global Salon, where they will spend the day learning from world renowned stylists and educators Jesse and Flo Briggs.

The contest is open to students who are currently enrolled in a cosmetology program in North America North America, third largest continent (1990 est. pop. 365,000,000), c.9,400,000 sq mi (24,346,000 sq km), the northern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere. . Eligible contestants will write an essay describing how imaging technology currently benefits their learning process and how it may be used in their careers as stylists and or salon owners. Students need to submit their essay along with the name of their cosmetology school and instructor by May 15, 2005 to CyberImaging. Each essay will be judged in four categories: Comprehension, Organization, Creativity and Writing.

CyberImaging is an innovative digital imaging process driven by proprietary imaging techniques that creates realistic hairstyle and color simulations. It generates photo quality images that showcase potential changes in styles, hair color or highlights. Cosmetology schools, high schools and community colleges are implementing CyberImaging at a growing rate to support their curriculum and meet the greater demand among salons for stylists with imaging skills.
