FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 24, 1996-- CyberGuard Corporation, (NASDAQ:CYBG), a leading supplier of network security solutions, today announced its exclusive "CyberGuard Security Alliance Partner Program" (CSAPP), a reseller authorization program for its firewall and related network security solutions. The program is targeted at value-added resellers and integrators who are committed to building their network security integration business. The Company has also signed up their first reseller, Networks, Inc., of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., who will market and resell CyberGuard Corporation's products.

The CyberGuard Security Alliance Partner Program is a sales driven program emphasizing the development of tactical sales skills for security products, sales certification, qualified vertical market lead referrals and an aggressive co-op funding policy. In addition to the business development emphasis, CyberGuard will offer resellers a support hotline, technical training and Internet access.
