CyberData Introduces New SIP VoIP Intercom.


MONTEREY, Calif. -- CyberData Corporation today announced the release of its new VoIP Intercom. The Intercom is a SIP-enabled two-way communications device that easily connects into existing local area networks. It operates as a door entry phone with access control capabilities, or as an emergency phone with mass notification capabilities. The VoIP Intercom is capable of two-way communication with a dedicated extension, and one way-communication with a paging zone or call-all. A DTMF (Dual-Tone MultiFrequency) The type of audio signals that are generated when you press the buttons on a touch-tone telephone. See also DMTF.
