Companies Using Netscape BillerXpert Will Be Able To Process Credit Card and Check Transactions Using CyberCash's Service

CyberCash, Inc. (Nasdaq:CYCH), a world leader in e-commerce payment technologies and services, said today its credit and check payment services will be integrated in Netscape's BillerXpert Internet bill presentment and payment application.

Last week, Netscape (Nasdaq:NSCP) announced Netscape BillerXpert 1.0, a new Internet bill presentment and payment application that enables companies to strengthen customer relationships and build new revenue streams. CyberCash's PayNow Secure Electronic Check Service(R), PayNow(tm), and its credit card service will be included as a payment option in Netscape BillerXpert. By using BillerXpert, billers will be able to offer their preferred customers the ability to view and pay bills online by check or by credit card.

In addition, CyberCash provides connectivity to banks and to processors and offers easy integration into Netscape's innovative BillerXpert application.
