CyberCare Secures Equity Line; Additional Capital Creates Financial Safety Net.

CyberCare, Inc. (Nasdaq:CYBR CYBR Copy Byte Right ) announced today that it has obtained a $15 million equity line through Strategic Investment Management, an Investment Management Group based in Luxembourg. The financing was arranged by London Court Limited which represents CyberEuroCare, a subsidiary of CyberCare, Inc.

The capital comes with unrestrictive use and, therefore, could be earmarked for any general corporate purpose including activities related to the corporate entity CyberCare, Inc., or its international business.
