CyberBills, a pioneer in online bill management and creator of StatusFactory.com, announced today it has named veteran finance executive Steve Guerrettaz, 54, as chief financial officer and senior vice president of finance. Guerrettaz will direct and manage all of CyberBills' banking and investor relations, and finance and administrative functions.

Guerrettaz brings almost 30 years of financial management experience to CyberBills. Most recently, he served as chief financial officer of ATG Inc., a provider of solutions for low-level radioactive waste, where he oversaw the growth of the company's revenues. During his tenure, revenues at ATG went from $19 million to over $60 million in two years. Additionally, he supervised all activities relating to the company's initial public offering which raised $18 million and its syndicated bank credit facility of $45 million. Previously, Guerrettaz was chief financial officer for Thermatrix Inc., a provider of thermal oxidation equipment for destroying hazardous air pollutants. Guerrettaz joined the company in its initial start-up phase and took it public in June of 1996.

Prior to that, Guerrettaz served as vice president, regional controller at Chemical Waste Management where he negotiated the assimilation of five companies and, through strategic planning, increased revenues by 67 percent to over $200 million in four years. As an audit partner with Arthur Andersen LLP for 17 years, Guerrettaz focused on business consulting, auditing and financial management for companies specializing in everything from telecommunications equipment to real estate.
