At the same time, we expect the effects such as improving the company's publicity and increasing the membership in "Ameba"(http://www.ameba.jp/), an Internet media format operated by CyberAgent.

Together with this business and capital alliance, CyberAgent's President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  Susumu Fujita Susumu Fujita (藤田 進 Fujita Susumu  and Director Go Nakayama have been appointed as Directors of Verdy. It will be officially decided at the general meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held on April 18, 2006.The company has also signed an agreement with Verdy to be the team's continuous main sponsor for uniforms following the previous period.
