3. Reason for this forecast

CyberAgent is pleased to announce the interim consolidated and non-consolidated net sales Net Sales

The amount a seller receives from the buyer after costs associated with the sale are deducted.

Notes:
This amount is calculated by subtracting the following items from gross sales: merchandise returned for credit, allowances for damaged or missing goods, freight
 forecast due to consolidated net sales for the half year ending March 2006 to be expected to exceed 44% from the previous period (half year ending March 2005) as a result of steady performance in Internet Internet
