CyberAds, Inc. (OTCBB:CYAD), a leader in online marketing and activation of cellular phone services via national and regional contracts with major wireless telecommunications carriers, today announced that the Company has entered into an agreement with TeleWrx, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Converge Global, Inc. (OTCBB:CVGR), that specializes in the sales and marketing of telecommunications products and services through the utilization of network marketing, to process sales orders and service applications for residential hand-held wireless voice and data products and services generated by TeleWrx' direct sales agents.

Pursuant to the terms of the two-year renewable agreement, CyberAds will design, implement and maintain a comprehensive order fulfillment system customized for TeleWrx' customers; process all TeleWrx customer orders; review and qualify orders in accordance with prevailing wireless service providers' credit-approval processes; manage fulfillment/shipping of wireless products to approved TeleWrx customers; and coordinate the activation of the wireless products with the applicable wireless service provider.
