Baumhart, who has more than 18 years experience developing successful sales organizations and penetrating markets in the telecommunications and data networking industries, has most recently served as Regional Vice President of WorldCom Wireless where he was responsible for launching the Company's Florida market for wireless products and services through direct sales initiatives and indirect channel distribution. While there, he was credited for building the region from three employees and one sales office to 125 employees and seven sales offices in a five month timeframe. In addition, he was directly responsible for establishing an extensive, independent dealer network which culminated in his growing the customer base from zero to over 50,000 active customers; and achieving WorldCom's lowest customer attrition Customer attrition, also known as customer churn, customer turnover, or customer defection, is a business term used to describe loss of clients or customers.  rate in the country.
