Cyber-Ark's Inter-Business Vault with One-Click Transfer Named a Finalist in the Best of Interop Awards for Networld+Interop 2005 Las Vegas.

LAS VEGAS -- CMP Media LLC's, Network Computing and Network Magazine Name Cyber-Ark a Data Management Finalist

Cyber-Ark(R) Software Inc., the leader in Vaulting Technology(TM) for instant, secure enterprise connections, today announced that its Inter-Business Vault with One-Click Transfer was named a Finalist in the Data Management category of the Best of Interop Awards competition by CMP Media's Network Computing and Network Magazine. The winners will be selected on May 4th 2005, at NetWorld+Interop 2005 Las Vegas, to be held May 1st to 6th, 2005.

Cyber-Ark's Inter-Business Vault delivers an Instant WAN for connecting enterprises' partners, customers and sub-contractors, enabling them to share and exchange information as if they have deployed a traditional WAN, but without actually doing so. It also provides organizations with a highly secured "safe haven" within the enterprise where critical information can be stored, shared and accessed from anywhere in the world.

One-Click Transfer improves the product's ease-of-use by automating manual procedures for repetitive tasks. For instance, companies can use the new feature to submit payroll information, securely transfer customer credit card information or transfer any type of document to the Vault within seconds with the click of button.

The editors of CMP Media's Network Computing and Network Magazine, two of CMP Media's premier information technology publications, review over 150 submissions, evaluating new products. Finalists were then selected in nine categories. The Best of Interop Awards are designed to help IT and network managers shorten the evaluation process in assessing new technology products. By identifying innovative products debuted at NetWorld+Interop, the Best of Interop Awards assist in the quest for creative solutions.

"By selecting Inter-Business Vault with One-Click Transfer as a finalist, CMP Media further validates Cyber-Ark's unique approach to information security," said Tom Crawford, president and CEO of Cyber-Ark. "Our solution meets a critical need within the enterprise to easily and quickly manage mission-critical tasks in a secure environment."

"When selecting finalists for the Best of Interop Awards, we're looking for products that stand out from the competition by providing a unique solution to a problem or one that blazes new territory in the networking arena," explained Ron Anderson, lab director for Network Computing and head of the joint editorial judging for the Best of Interop Awards.

Winners of the Best of Interop at NetWorld+Interop 2005 Las Vegas will be selected at the show and announced at an awards ceremony on Wednesday, May 4, 2005, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
