 BB:CYEI) announces today that on October October: see month.  1, 2001 the Company filed documents in Bankruptcy court bankruptcy court n. the specialized Federal court in which bankruptcy matters under the Federal Bankruptcy Act are conducted. There are several bankruptcy courts in each state, and each one's territory covers several counties.  for protection under the Chapter 11 Reorganization rules.

The Company states that they have reached an agreement with the Major Judgment Holder. This agreement shall effectively progress the reorganization process.

Cyber Edge states that they are aggressively seeking out Merger Candidates to bring back shareholder value to the company.

The company has reestablished its office at 68 Lamar Street West Babylon, New York West Babylon is a hamlet (and census-designated place) in Suffolk County, New York, United States. The population was 43,452 at the 2000 census.
