NITEL's newly appointed Board and Chief Executive have recently resolved contentious issues such as becoming a licensed operator and interconnection with new operators. ) allowing it to expand its network - a market potential of about $1.5 billion. On this basis, Cyber Digital believes that it should shortly begin to supply NITEL, and the state government operators to follow in the second half of 2003 and first half of 2004.

"Moving forward, we expect enormous demand for our systems from NITEL. We hope that NITEL would be our premier customer for many years while we also support certain state government operators. We feel solid about our earnings potential as we have learned to understand NITEL and established strong relationships in this market. Since, the supply of systems will be backed by cash-in-advance and letters of credit, we will not require any additional capital," said J.C. Chatpar, Chairman.
