 BB: CYBD), announced that its Chief Executive Officer J.C. Chatpar increased his beneficial ownership of the company to approximately 36% through the purchase of an additional $50,000 of common stock in the open market totaling 90,800 shares.

This year, J.C. Chatpar has invested $525,000 of his personal funds in Cyber Digital, reaffirming his belief that Cyber Digital in poised for future growth.
