With 17 employees, StreamIT AB possesses longstanding experience and exceptional skills within telecoms and IT with an emphasis on strategy and business development.

The acquisition was partly financed by a new share issue of Cyber Com shares. The purchase price is broken down into two parts - a fixed part and a supplementary purchase price. The fixed purchase price entails goodwill in the amount of SEK 24 million.
