Cybeq Nano Technologies Receives $8 Million in Orders from Asia and Europe.

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 2, 1998--Cybeq Nano Technologies (CNT), a leading manufacturer of production chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) equipment for the semiconductor industry, announced that it has received orders in Europe and Asia totaling $8 million in Q4 1997.

The systems were booked in the company's fourth fiscal quarter of 1997, with scheduled shipments through the first quarter of 1998. These shipments include repeat orders from SGS-Thomson and UMC (Taiwan), in addition to new orders from Newport Wafer Fab and Alcatel Mietec.
