Cybeq Nano Technologies, a leading manufacturer of semiconductor capital equipment for chemical mechanical planarization (CMP), today announced that it has added three key executives to manage and prepare the company for future growth. Gregory J. Mills was appointed Vice President of Sales; Philip Balsama will serve as Chief Financial Officer; and the new Vice President of Engineering is Michael E. Witty. All three will report directly to CEO Dannie K. Martz. "The addition of these gentlemen is part of a re-structuring strategy focused on future growth. In his new position, Mills will be responsible for increasing revenue through management of Cybeq NT's direct and representative sales force. Mills, an eighteen-year veteran of the semiconductor industry, comes to Cybeq NT from Silicon Valley Group (SVG) where he was most recently Vice President of Marketing for their Thermco Systems Division. Prior to SVG, he held sales and marketing management positions at Varian Associates. Mills received a Masters degree in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University, Santa Clara, California, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Illinois College, Jacksonville, Illinois.

Philip Balsama will oversee Cybeq NT's finance, accounting, and information technology functions. Balsama has over seventeen years of controllership experience, the last nine with semiconductor equipment companies in Silicon Valley. He was most recently International Controller at Novellus Systems, and prior to that was Controller for Varian Associates' semiconductor equipment businesses. Balsama, a Certified Public Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Hayward, California.

In his new position, Michael E. Witty will manage all engineering programs and lend his expertise to the development of a next-generation CMP system. Witty has over twenty years of engineering management experience and has implemented ISO and other quality programs. He also holds four patents in various disciplines. His education includes a Masters in Business Management from West Coast University, Orange, California, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, California.
