Cybear Signs License Agreement With RTRx, Inc.

Cybear, Inc., an information technology and communications company and part of Andrx Corporation Cybear Group (Nasdaq:CYBA), announced today it has entered into a license agreement with RTRx, Inc. for Cybear's electronic prescription patents No. 5,737,539 and 5,845,255. RTRx is a leading provider of online prescription management solutions.

Cybear President and Chief Operating Officer Tim Nolan said, "This patent license, along with its associated royalty potential, further indicates the value of Cybear's patented online prescription technology. This is the fourth agreement that has been signed in the past 45 days as we continue to aggressively pursue all users of our technology."
