Cybear Group Announces Delisting Notification.

Andrx Corporation's Cybear Group (Nasdaq:CYBA) today announced that it has received notification from Nasdaq that Cybear Group Common Stock no longer meets the minimum price requirement set forth in Marketplace Rule 4450(a)(3) and is subject to delisting from the Nasdaq National Market. Cybear Group has appealed the staff's decision to a Nasdaq listing qualifications panel, which appeal has stayed the delisting. Cybear Group Common Stock will continue to trade on the Nasdaq National Market until a decision is rendered on the appeal.

Andrx Corporation-Andrx Group Common Stock (Nasdaq:ADRX) is not affected by the Nasdaq notification to, or the decision on, Cybear Group's listing.
