Cybear Announces New Senior Appointments.

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BW HealthWire)--June 22, 1999--

CYBEAR, INC. (Nasdaq: CYBA), the Internet-based healthcare information and communications technology company, announced today that Timothy Nolan and Eric Moskow, M.D., have joined Cybear's board of directors upon completion of the Cybear secondary public offering announced June 18.

Cybear also announced that Jack Greenman has joined the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Mr. Nolan has spent the last 14 years of his career with Aetna U.S. Healthcare, where he is Senior Vice President responsible for all sales, medical delivery networks and non-clinical patient management functions. Mr. Nolan has also held senior positions for the company in the operations, sales and marketing areas.

Dr. Moskow has been a director and Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning of PhyMatrix since 1996. He founded Physician's Choice Management LLC in 1993 and served as its Executive Vice President until its merger with PhyMatrix in 1996. Prior to that, he was Medical Director for US Healthcare in Connecticut. Dr. Moskow is board certified in Internal Medicine.

Mr. Greenman is a Certified Public Accountant, who was appointed CFO and Executive Vice President of FPA Medical Management, Inc., a publicly traded physician practice management company in 1998, after it filed for bankruptcy reorganization. Prior to that, he was CFO and Senior Vice President of Sterling Healthcare Group, Inc., a publicly traded physician practice company specializing in managing hospital emergency departments, which merged into FPA in 1996. FPA's plan of reorganization was confirmed by the U.S.

Bankruptcy Court in May of this year.
