Cybear Announces New President and Chief Operating Officer.

Nolan has agreed to join Cybear as president and chief operating officer. Dr. Edward Goldman, Cybear's chief executive officer, will be relinquishing a portion of his responsibilities in favor of Mr. Nolan in order to devote full time to strategic planning, key alliance building and the promotion of Cybear and its products and services.

Cybear selected Mr. Nolan for his well-known track record of achieving results in the American healthcare complex. He has spent the last 14-plus years of his career with Aetna U.S. Healthcare, most recently as head of Field Organization. His responsibilities included sales and marketing, medical delivery networks and non-clinical patient management functions. Mr. Nolan has also held senior positions for the company in operations.
