CybeRecord, Inc. (NASD OTC:CYRD) announced today that its board of directors has passed a resolution to add Dee Cravens as an interim board member.

His appointment will be voted upon at the next annual meeting of company shareholders.

He has more than 20 years of executive experience in strategic marketing, communications, positioning, branding, and advertising for technology companies, including Silicon Valley high-tech firms Sun Microsystems, Radius, IDG, and Adaptec.
