We felt it best to address many of the common concerns in this press release, in order to ensure that all investors are updated equally. Many shareholders have asked about the possibility of a reverse split. The current corporate structure is sufficient to handle all of the company's upcoming growth plans. We have received several emails asking about potential projects, deals, and strategic plans. At this time CybeRecord, Inc. is still in the transition phase.
