Cyanotech Receives Notice of Delisting by Nasdaq, Files Appeal.


KAILUA KONA, Hawaii -- Cyanotech Corporation (Nasdaq:CYAN) announced that it had received notification on July 17, 2007, from the Nasdaq Stock Market Nasdaq stock market

The first electronic stock market listing over 5000 companies. The Nasdaq stock market comprises two separate markets, namely the Nasdaq National Market, which trades large, active securities and the Nasdaq Smallcap Market that trades emerging growth companies.
 that the Company is not in compliance with the requirements for continued listing of Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(14), because of its failure to file its report on Form 10-K Form 10-K
