:POST) announced its earnings per share for the twelve months ended December 31, 2002 of a loss of ($0.09) per common share on revenues of $ 2,953,778, compared to a loss of ($0.03) for the twelve months ended December 31, 2001 on revenues of $ 3,706,386, and earnings per share for the three months ended December 31, 2002 of a loss of ($0.01) per common share, compared to a loss of ($0.05) for the three months ended December 31, 2001.
