The SEC also advised The Company that it would be fully cleared when all subsequent reports are filed (1st and 2nd Quarters of 2000), and reviewed. The Company anticipates that these reports will be filed shortly, upon review by The Company's auditors. CyPost began filing in July of 1999 with its initial 10SB registration. Since the initial registration, The Company has filed Quarterly 10QSBs, a fully audited 10-KSB, and 8Ks upon completion of acquisitions.
