With 17 years of expertise in the semiconductor industry, Rabinovich joins CyOptics after serving as Director of Progress Engineering and Yield Enhancement at Tower Semiconductor, a National Semiconductor spinoff. Prior to Tower, Rabinovich was involved in the development of infrared devices in the Soreq Nuclear Center in Israel.
