CyLex Inc., an application service provider for content management solutions, announced that it has signed a value added reseller (VAR) agreement with Washington-based Input Solutions Inc., a provider of scanning technology and services. The agreement will enable Input Solutions to provide its clients with the reliable outsourced content management solution, i-DOX, from CyLex.
