CyLex Appoints Bill E. Newell as CEO, President.

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 16, 2001

CyLex Inc., an application service provider of content management solutions, today announced the appointment of Bill E. Newell as president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. . Newell has more than 30 years experience and an established record of building value in companies in the imaging and emerging technology industries. Newell will lead the company through its next growth phase replacing CyLex co-founder Dr. Zijad Aganovic, who was named to the position of Chairman of the Board.
