(DMI). The authorized reseller agreement will enable DMI to provide its customers with access to a CyLex suite of solutions that includes the world's most advanced Internet-based, document imaging, scanning, capture and storage functions.

DMI will market CyLex's i-DOX(SM) system to a national base of clients and prospects built in its 23 year history as one of the nation's most experienced providers of information and data storage solutions.
