CyGene Laboratories Announces New Spanish-Language Website to Promote Genetic Testing Products to Hispanic Market.

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. -- CyGene Laboratories, Inc. (OTC:CYGE) has announced the introduction of its Spanish-language website, which is accessible by logging on to http://www.cygenedirect.com (site visitors can select English or Spanish from the home page).

CyGene Laboratories' accurate, anonymous and affordable genetic testing products are available directly to the public via the internet or retail outlets. The Spanish content makes CyGene's genetic predisposition products and services -- as well as information about the company and its innovative technologies -- available to Hispanics for the first time in their native language.

"We believe that the Latino community is especially interested in preventative medicine," said Martin Munzer, president and chief executive officer of CyGene Laboratories. "We are confident that our products will be very well received by the discerning consumers in this important demographic group."

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the estimated Hispanic population of the U.S. was 41.3 million -- or approximately 14 percent of the nation's total population -- as of July 2004, making people of Hispanic origin the nation's largest race or ethnic minority. (The estimate does not include the 3.9 million residents of Puerto Rico.) By the year 2050, the number of Hispanics living in the U.S. is projected to be 102.6 million.
