Cuyamaca Bank Declares Five Percent Stock Dividend.

SANTEE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 19, 2002

The Board of Directors of Cuyamaca Bank, N.A. (OTCBB:CUYA) has declared a five percent common stock dividend to shareholders of record on Oct. 1, 2002, payable Oct. 22, 2002.

The stock dividend was declared by the Board of Directors on Sept. 14, 2002. Fractional shares shall be remitted in cash to shareholders based on the closing price on Sept. 13, 2002 of fourteen dollars ($14.00) per share.
