Cutting Edge Software, Inc., maker of the most highly acclaimed spreadsheet software for Palm Computing(R) devices, today announced a series of moves aimed at strengthening its leadership position in the industry.

The company has opened the doors to its new corporate headquarters in Dallas and named Henry Rosen as general manager and vice president of business development. Cutting Edge Software has also completed the first phase of a new corporate identity campaign by unveiling a new logo, developed by Lindsey Design Group of Dallas.

The naming of Henry Rosen as vice president of business development, and general manager enables the company to hone in on a variety of previously untapped markets for handheld productivity software tools. Mr. Rosen will spearhead the company's marketing strategies to promote its products to both individual consumers and corporate users, as well as manage the company's day to day operations. Prior to being named the Company's vice president, Mr. Rosen was a consultant with Cutting Edge Software on strategic business issues.
