Cutter information sells publishing assets to Wolters Kluwer.

Wolters Kluwer North America (WKNA; Chicago, IL) has acquired Cutter Environment, a division of Cutter Information Corp. (Arlington, MA). The division, which produces newsletters and special reports, will be integratd into legal and business publisher Aspen Publishers (New York), a WKNA unit. No terms were given.

Cutter Environment newsletter titles include Energy Design Update, Oil Spill Intelligence Report, Global Environmental Change Report and Business and the Environment. The division also publishes special reports and topical annual reports on related topics. Cutter Information supplies publications, databases, advisory services, consulting and training for the engineering, environment and business markets.

Aspen currently publishes a number of environment and related compliance titles, including RCRA Regulations and Keyword Index, Hazardous Waste Consultant, Air Pollution Consultant and OSHA Compliance Guide.
