 Inc. (Nasdaq:CBUK) today announced the public offering of 1,700,000 shares of Common Stock at a price of $16.00 per share. All of the shares are being sold by the Company.

J. P. Morgan & Co., Hambrecht & Quist and Needham & Company, Inc. are acting as managers for the offering. Cutter & Buck has granted to the underwriters an option to purchase up to 255,000 additional shares for the purpose of covering underwriters' over-allotments, if any.
