Cutter/puller system.


Double angle cutter/puller systems have been introduced for cutting extruded products requiring angular cuts. Systems can be configured to cut opposing angles, the same angle on both ends or different angles on each end of a product. They are designed to perform double angle cuts on tubing or profiles for products such as medical tubing, hose, window seals and gaskets. Systems include two servo An electromechanical device that uses feedback to provide precise starts and stops for such functions as the motors on a tape drive or the moving of an access arm on a disk.  cutters and an integrated feed system with length control and batch counter. The double angle mode offers a continuous cutting speed up to 400 cuts per minute, while the single angle mode is up to 300 cuts per minute.
