Cut MPs' wages first; YourSay.REGARDING Gordon Brown's cuts, he has vowed to cut state spending. Shouldn't he start with MPs' wages? The majority are millionaires and the cuts won't affect them or their big pensions when they retire. They will have no worries about losing their jobs or waiting on the NHS NHS abbr. National Health Service NHS (in Britain) National Health Service ; they have homes here, there and everywhere. We the public have to pay again for their greed and mistakes; what a shambles. The Sherriff of Nottingham had nothing on him compared with them. Our country has gone down the drain. Stan Evans Stan Evans is a former South Australian Liberal politician. Do we really need the proliferation of trusts? Hospital trusts, primary care trusts, mental health trusts? They all have their management pyramids, chief executives, directors of this and that and all on excellent salaries, all being paid before one patient is treated.
