Customers from 25 Countries Convene in Frankfurt Germany to Attend 2004 International Moldflow User Group Conference.

Moldflow Corporation (NASDAQ: MFLO), the world leader in software solutions for optimizing the design and manufacture of plastic products, today announced the successful completion of its Third Annual International Moldflow User Group Conference (iMUG) held in Frankfurt, Germany from May 17-19. Approximately 240 attendees from 25 different countries listened to over 30 different technical and industry presentations which were simultaneously translated into 4 languages. The 2004 iMUG featured a keynote presentation from Mr. Peter Kennedy, chief technology officer, Moldflow Corporation and talks given by invited speakers from both industry and academia, including Dr. Charles Tucker from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign; Professor Michele Laus from the Universita degli Studi del Piemonte Oriantale, Italy; Dr. Gerrit W.M. Peters from Eindhoven University of Technology, Netherlands; Dr. Vito Leo, Principal Scientist from Solvay SA; and Felim McNeela, Managing Director of Avenue Mould, Ireland.

The Conference featured a variety of Moldflow user presentations from multiple industries, 7 presentations from key Moldflow development, product line and executive staff and several professional and student poster presentations. Further, a variety of Special Interest Groups and Forums were held to give users the opportunity to collaborate with Moldflow to help define future versions of the software.
