CustomerSoft Reports Record Sales for ESP; April Sales Highest in 4-1/2 Year History of ESP.


DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 11, 1998--CustomerSoft, Inc., announced today that sales for ESP (1) (Enhanced Service Provider) An organization that adds value to basic telephone service by offering such features as call-forwarding, call-detailing and protocol conversion.  - The Expert Support Program set a record in April.

April's sales were the highest ever since ESP was introduced in October of 1993, and come in the first month of CustomerSoft's existence. CustomerSoft was recently formed when it acquired ESP and its installed base of customers from Teubner & Associates, Inc.

Contributing to revenue in April were sales to new customers as well as sales of upgrades from ESP 2.3 to the newest version, ESP 3.31. Some of ESP's new customers in April include Fisher-Rosemount Singapore, LeMaster & Daniels, Metro Community College, Credit Counseling Credit counseling (known in the United Kingdom as debt counselling) is a process offering education to consumers about how to avoid incurring debts that cannot be repaid. This process is actually more debt counseling than a function of credit education.  Centers, Schurman Fine Papers and DanFoss Automatic Controls.
