Customer Support Magazine and Real Market Research Select Servicesoft Technologies as a Finalist for Users Choice Awards.


NATICK, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 13, 1999--

Servicesoft Technologies, Inc. today announced its Web Advisor(R) self-help solution for Internet Customer Service has been named a finalist in The First Annual Users Choice Awards, sponsored by Customer Support Management magazine and Real Market Research. Web Advisor will be judged in the "Self-Help" category at an awards ceremony on October 27, 1999 at ZD Events' Customer Relationship Management Conference and Expo in San Francisco's Moscone Center The Moscone Center is San Francisco, California's largest convention and exhibition complex. The complex consists of two main underground halls underneath Yerba Buena Gardens, Moscone North and Moscone South, as well the three-level Moscone West exhibition hall across 4th Street. . As a finalist, Web Advisor will be honored with either a "Gold Best-in-Class" or "Best-in-Class" Award.
