Cushman Realty Corporation.

Cushman Realty Corporation, a real estate brokerage and advisory firm, has sold Santa Monica's landmark Clock Tower office and retail building to Sagamore Equities LLC for $14.6 million from long-time owner, Amcal Partners of Los Angles. The property consists of two buildings, a 12-story, 55,000 sf office tower and a 15,000 sf retail space adjacent to the building.

Rayan Smith, director of Cushman Realty's downtown L.A. office, Eric Olofson, senior vice president, and Michael DeSantis, vice president of Cushman Realty's West L.A. office, represented the buyer and the seller.
