Cushman Realty Corporation Sold Entertainment Industry Landmark for Over $36 Million.

The 9000 W. Sunset Boulevard building, known as the 9000 Sunset building has been sold for more than $36 million.

Ryan Smith, director, Fred Cordova, director, and H. Carl Muhlstein, vice president, in Cushman Realty Corporation's downtown Los Angeles office, represented the seller, ING Realty Partners and Jupiter Realty, a joint venture. The buyer, Mani Brothers, private investors, represented themselves.

A landmark in the entertainment industry, the mirrored 15-story black structure, with its signature 9000 numbers, can be seen for miles down the Sunset Boulevard corridor. The building has views from virtually every floor, and a high-end restaurant has been planned for the ground floor. The sale of the building included the largest wall mural on the Sunset Strip, which is located on the building's west facade.
